1 – Main Sponsors: 25.000,00 USD Cash Contribution

Organizations supporting the workshop as main sponsors will be entitled to the following privileges:

• • 8 complimentary delegate participations for the workshop.
  • The company will be provided with the opportunity to hold a private meeting with a workshop participant expert. 
  • The company will be provided a 15 m² exhibition area allocated for promotional activities.
  • Placement of the company’s advertisement in the Workshop Proceedings e-brochure (on the back cover or front inner cover).

• The opportunity for a company representative to deliver remarks during the opening session of the workshop.

• Presentation of a commemorative plaque to the company during the opening ceremony.
• The right to distribute promotional items free of charge to workshop delegates.
• Publication of the company logo on the workshop website as of the date the sponsorship payment is received. In addition, the company logo will appear on: 

1. a) All printed materials of the workshop, 
2. b) The workshop program brochure, 
3. c) The workshop proceedings e-book, 
4. d) Workshop banners.

2 – Event Sponsors: 18.000,00 USD Cash Contribution

Organizations supporting the workshop as event sponsors will be entitled to the following privileges:

• 4 complimentary delegate participations for the workshop.
• The company will be provided an 8 m² exhibition area allocated for promotional activities.
• Placement of one inside page advertisement in the Workshop Proceedings e-brochure.
• Presentation of a commemorative plaque to the company during the opening ceremony.
• Publication of the company logo on the workshop website as of the date the sponsorship payment is received. In addition, the company logo will appear on: 

1. a) All printed materials of the workshop, 
2. b) The workshop program brochure, 
3. c) The workshop proceedings e-book, 
4. d) Workshop banners.

3 – Special Meeting Organization: 8.000,00 USD Cash Support

This is an organization aimed at companies wishing to hold private meetings with workshop participant experts.

• The company informs the Chamber of Chemical Engineers (KMO) of the meeting topic and the expert they wish to consult.
• Chamber of Chemical Engineers (KMO) carries out the necessary arrangements.
• Meetings are held within the event venue.
• Requests for meetings within the scope of facility visits will be additionally evaluated, subject to the experts’ approval.
• 2 complimentary delegate participation rights will be granted for the workshop.
